If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us. We will issue an exchange of your item if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for any loss in value if an item is not returned in original condition.
We do not accept returns of our candles.

Damaged Orders
We carefully package every order to arrive safely, but life happens. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll do our best to make it right.
Each candle is hand-poured and labeled in small batches so please allow 1-3 days for processing before shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
We currently ship within the United States only.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended - but we’ll always keep you informed.
